From the former Groenendijk team we inherit the specialism of the investigation of theft / loss / fraud during transport and during the storage period. This involves investigating the circumstances, the security measures taken, the possible perpetrators and, of course, the retrieval of the goods.

Perhaps even more important - where necessary - we can provide preventive advice to reduce the chance of a theft according to a similar modus operandi in the future. We follow trends and technological developments, to remain aware of the latest research and security options.

In case of missing goods, the available route will be mapped based on the available transport documentation. Also camera images, GPS and other tracking data, will be studied to trace the goods. Experience shows that if parties involved in logistics are approached by us, a renewed search is often started and initially considered lost goods, can sometimes still be found.

In the event of theft / fraud, contact is maintained with various national and international authorities. In all cases, the position of the insured will be considered.
