1985 - 1987: Officer in Dutch Royal Navy, sailing on a frigate and hydrographic vessel

1996: Finished 2 year education and registered as surveyor for the Dutch Institute of Registered Surveyors (NIVRE-re) and successfully following permanent education program ever since
1981 -1985: Higher Nautical College Education at Rotterdam. Graduated
