We are J. Hamer & H. van Hussen B.V., cargo surveyors, experts and loss-adjusters. We are based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
J. Hamer & H. van Hussen B.V. was established by both name-givers in 1969 and has been operating successfully ever since as (marine) cargo surveyors, experts and international loss-adjusters.
Our company is completely independent. A team of 6 surveyors is employed and annually approximately 600 survey-commissions are performed. Surveys are not restricted to Europe only, but conducted all over the world.
Our office is located in Rotterdam, one of the largest ports of the world, and we are able to reach the ports of Amsterdam and Antwerp (Belgium) within one hour drive. The German industrial Ruhr-area is also within easy reach.
